Kiko already imports iCal files, which all reasonable software already exports*. Outlook is not very cooperative that way, but it will export CSV. (Go to File -> Import and Export -> Export file... -> CSV (Windows))
File -> Import and Export
Export file...
CSV (Windows)
Behold, the power of the internet: someone has already done our work for us, and there is a CSV to iCal converter available here which works for CSV files exported from Outlook. As a bonus, it lets you import your Y! calendar as well. I tried it out and it worked great for me, but if you're still having trouble there is a commercial program available here and a gpl program available here, neither of which I have tried.
* You probably notice that this makes Kiko unreasonable software. For this I have only one response: "The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man." (George Bernard Shaw). Also, we're very busy but we will get around to writing export sooner or later.
