Kiko goes international!

Sorry about the downtime this evening, but international users can rest assured that we spent the time wisely: we've transitioned the database to UTF-8, so international characters should be saving/displaying correctly now. We're planning on adding lots more international support in the upcoming weeks. Some of the features we have planned are allowing the week to start on Monday, displaying times in 24 hour format, and translating Kiko into other languages. Check back often!
